The minimum age requirement for attending Al-Anon meetings is 18. Alateen is for young people 12 to 17 years inclusive.
The Tompkins Centre is within St Andrew's Healthcare grounds. The best route to come in off is the Billing road via The Wantage gate (there is also a Main and middle gate), then drive straight down and take a right, you pass several buildings on the left and right and at the end of that road on the left is car park 4 and the Tompkins Centre. Once inside the Tompkins Centre turn left and the PRC room is just on right side of the corridor (opposite the toilets). We realise that it can be tricky to find our new location by postcode alone. If you search for Tompkins cafe, Northampton on Google then follow the directions, they will take you straight to the Tompkins centre where our new room the PRC room is located.
